Week 52 Stash report

I am pretty happy with my stash busting efforts for this year, how about you?  Were you able to bust some stash?  I ended in the positive for the year, not by much but I'll take it.  I am getting my charts ready as Judy is once again hosting Stash busting over at Patchwork Times.  Head over there and read all about it.

I finally found time to get this updated.  Things are starting to slow down and I have been able to start getting back to sewing!  My stash report isn't pretty, but it is what it is!  So here goes!  To see how are others are doing head over to Judy's!

Stash Report July 10th

Haven't been doing much in the sewing room lately...been busy getting Heather ready to move the end of the month.  I have added some fabric to my stash.  Check out Judy's blog to see how others are doing.  Hopefully better than me~

Week 22 - 2011 Stash Report

Not much sewing going on around here lately.  I've been working on a mystery at QATW and am close to being finished with the top.  Most of last week I was in Tallahassee with Heather apartment hunting for her.  Will write about that in another post, otherwise my top would be finished.  To see how others are doing check out Judy's blog

Week 13 - 2011 Stash Report

Ended up attending 3 quilt shows over the past 7 weeks and bought fabric, totally blew it.  You can see the pictures here  I hadn't totaled up my stash report since week 6 and figured I was in the red, so you can imagine my surprise when I finally did the math and discovered I wasn't!  In between shows I have been working on Farmer's Wife Sampler and Dear Jane blocks and am making slow progress on those projects, along with knitting some dishcloths.  Want to see how others are doing go over to Judy's and check them out!  Now onto my report........

Week 6 - 2011 Stash report

Welcome to another good week on the stash busting.  Here it is the 6th of February and I am still no buy for the year.  It feels really good to be using up some stash, swap blocks and UFO's.  I sent off 1 quilt and 1 wall hanging to the quilter.  Check out other stash reports at PatchworkTimes  Judy has a great doing a ton of busting the stash!

Week 5 - 2011 Stash Report

My stash report is more for the past 3 weeks and I am very happy to say that I have NOT bought any fabric for the month of January.  Those sales sure tried to lure me in, I added things to my cart online and then thought about and deleted my cart!  Now let's see if I can be as good in February.  Can you believe Tuesday will be the 1st of Feb already where did January go?  I was able to finish up my scrappy blocks, get all my sashing cut for the squishie quilt and some sewn on, picked out the blue/white swap blocks and made them into a top and the borders are on and cut and stitched on the binding for the row robin I participated in a few years ago.

Week 2 2011 Stash Report

Off to a great start for this round of stash busting....I didn't get any sewing done last week, however I did find sashing fabric for my squishie quilt and found a jelly roll that I can use for the Postage Stamp project.  This week I will work on sashing blocks and finding a coc to use with the jelly roll.  Will also use up some scraps for some scrappy blocks I am swapping on Quilting Around the World.  Good use for scrap usage and possibly a CASA quilt.

Week 1 Stash Report

Here is my very boring first stash report!  Worked in the sewing room mostly on organizing, finding projects and directions for them, and started working on the 2001 Squishie blocks and played in EQ7 working on sashing and measurements.  Now to find some sashing fabric in the stash and get busy cutting and sewing this week.
