Diet Challenge Report March 9th

Well after being away for a little over a week I think I did pretty good. I lost .4 pounds, making my total loss so far -1.2 pounds. Not great but at least I am in the loss column. Hopefully one of these days soon I'll completely on the wagon and stop this up and down trail I am on.

good job on the loss, and just imagine what you'd accomplish if you did put the extra effort into it. i read on some yahoo! news thing (or was it one of the books i read lately, hmmm...) that just thinking about exercising - meaning the actual exercises, like lifting weights and picturing yourself doing it - helps your muscles get ready to do it, like a little light exercise first. hey - it's a starting place, right?
