Week 2 - 2012 Stash Report

This week I worked on the remainder of the blocks needed for the plaid hearts UFO and was able to bust a little stash.  Next to find fabrics to use for borders and setting triangles.  Hope to have this one finished in time to hang for Valentine's Day!  To see how others are doing on their stashbusting efforts head over to Judy's.  Here's a pic of the plaid hearts prior to a good pressing and squaring up of the blocks.

Design Wall Monday January 2

On my design wall this week is the plaid hearts.  The blocks were from an online swap a few years ago and I hope to have this finished by the end of the month.  Yesterday I worked for a little over an hour on the blocks to go with the hearts, hoping to get those finished today.  To see what others have on theirs head over to PatchworkTimes and check them out.

Week 52 Stash report

I am pretty happy with my stash busting efforts for this year, how about you?  Were you able to bust some stash?  I ended in the positive for the year, not by much but I'll take it.  I am getting my charts ready as Judy is once again hosting Stash busting over at Patchwork Times.  Head over there and read all about it.
