2010 Final Stash Report

It seems like 2010 just started and here it is the end of December already!  Man did this fly by.  My final stash report isn't as good as I had hoped it would be, but I did end the year in the black.

Let's see the past couple weeks I've used, I've added and gee used again!  LOL  Report right now isn't too bad and I can get it under control hopefully this week.  So without further ado here's my report........

Week 41 Stash report.....

This week I am adding to my totals the fabrics I purchased to finish the Summer Ribbons quilt top I have in the works.  They aren't too bad since I did manage to get some time in at the machine.  To read what others are doing hop over to Judy's and take a look!  So without further delay here is my stash report!

Here it is time for another stash report and I haven't gotten a whole lot accomplished.  But I will say for right now that slow progress is better than no progress!  One good thing is I have not added to my stash!!!

Stash Report June 20th

This report is NOT going to be pretty.....June 8th - June 12th I was at Retreat and also spent time in Paducah 2 different times!!  Which means YES I was at Hancock's and Eleanor Burns and while at retreat at Hickory Stick...can we say oh my!!!   I purchased fabric and received fabric as prizes.  I haven't taken pictures yet, but will and post them this week.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's and Mom's to be!  May your day be joyful and full of love.

I am back to sewing and it feels so good!  I finally finished off something that has been on my design wall for who knows how long, oh I could go back through the blog and see but nah don't think so.  I finished putting together the 30's Sampler blocks into a top yesterday!  Yahoo!  Now to think about quilting it.

Stash Report April 25th

Well the house has been torn up since Easter Sunday when we started all the work in the living and dining rooms.  Walls are painted, trim around lanai doors painted, so hoping today to get the verticles hung back up.  So needless to say I haven't done any sewing, wish I had and I plan to do some this week.  I have had 3 qulits looking/make that screaming at me to put the binding on them!  So they are on the plan for this week along with making some blocks to mail off.  Otherwise I have been sort of knitting on a towel and de-cluttering my desk.  I also have 3 UFO's yelling to be sewn into tops and/or finish blocks so they can be sewn into tops.  Hope to do some work on those this week as well.  Sounds ambitious, lets hope I can get some of it accomplished.

Stash Report

We have been in Clearwater the past few days on a mini vacation.  This has been one of the most relaxing times we've had in a long while, so much so that we extended our stay another night!  We visited Rainbow's End in Dunedin and I slipped off the wagon and bought some yummy fabrics.  And then we stopped at Country Bears and Quilts in Clearwater and once again I slipped off and bought more fabric and a pattern!  Since I left my camera cord at home you will have to wait for pictures to be posted after we get home.  Also did some sightseeing and will share those pictures later on as well.  I have done some knitting while Jim has had to field a few work issues.

Week 10 Stash Report

Well everyone don't fall off your chairs, Kathy has finally got back to sewing over the past couple days!!  I know...it is such a shock!  It feels so good to be playing with fabric and Pfaffy!  Over the past few days I made some snowball blocks and some scrappy nine patch blocks.  I am hoping to get a little time in yet this afternoon and maybe this evening working on my 30's sampler which has been on my design wall for what seems like forever!  Also went to a couple quilt shows over the this weekend and last, will get some pictures up this week!

Feb 7 Stash Report

I am slowly using stash for my projects.  Not going as fast on the busting totals I want, but I am happy with being able to report some used each week.  I do know in the next week or so I will be adding some to my totals as I just found the remaining fabrics needed to complete a New Year's Day Mystery I did a couple years ago and the fabric is $5.00 a yard!  I made a promise to myself that I would not get sidetracked on this site and that I will only buy what I need to complete this NYD quilt.  Now to figure out how much I need.  Today I will be working on my 30's sampler that was on my design wall this past Monday, I hope to show some progress tomorrow on that.

Stash Report Jan 31st

Can you believe that tomorrow is the 1st of Februaryf??  Good heavens where did January go?  I have busy this past couple weeks finishing up some swap committments and busted some stash in the process!  Woohoo!  I am so happy about that.  Today I finished a kitchen curtain and those totals will be in next weeks report.  The heart blocks are swap blocks.  I am pleased to say I have not purchased any fabric this week.  Everything I used this week came from stash!

Stashbusting Report Jan. 24th

Lately my sewing has been limited to working swap blocks.  Lately my sewing has been limited as I have had to deal with some real life issues. I will post some pictures later on this week.  I did end up adding to my stash this week.  Next week I hope to have a couple finishes to report!  I am so ready to work on some UFO'S!!!!!!
